- Car booking:
- To book a car you can call +38 (044) 220 35 00
- or make reservation on-line on www.europcar.ua.
- If you plan to rent a car in EUROPCAR Ukraine, we advise you to do this in advance.
- Rate conditions:
- Rates include insurance against damage and theft with the 'franchise', insurance third party liability and VAT. Rates does not include the cost of fuel.
- 'Franchise' - the amount of tenants liability, in which he is responsible for Europcar in case of damage or stealing of the car.
- Standard one-day rate entitles you to use the car for 24 hours. If you exceed that period by more than 59 minutes, the regular rate for a standard one-day will be charged for every other day for car rental in full. Minimum term of car rental for 24 hours.
- In case returning the car ahead of the contract rental period, Europcar will recalculate total price for the use of the Customer in accordance with the rates in full.
- Paying for a car rental service is only through bank cards.
- We accept any registered card except Visa Electron and Maestro.
- At time of pick-up, customer has to pay total amount of car rental service and deposit will be blocked.
- Customer Responsibility:
- Customer Responsibility is limited to the franchise in case of car damage or stealing.
- We recommend to wash the car before returning to rental point for convinient damage fixation.
- Europcar company is doing everything possible for Customer convenience. If for any reason, the Customer can not return the car in time to the representative of Europcar, the client must remember that he is responsible for the car until its transfer to the representative of Europcar.
- Security deposit for the car during the rental period depends on the class of selected vehicle. The amount of margin blocked on the credit card and is unlocked when you return the car running and all the Terms and Conditions of the Rental Agreement.
- Additional Coverage
- For your peace of mind you could purchaise Super coverage that will decrease your responsibility to 0 in case of damage or theft.
- Ask at the location, send us a letter or call us for your suitable coverage offer.
- Required documents:
- Customer has to provide valid passport, driving license and credit card.
- Driving experience must be at least 1 year.
- Age limit:
- The minimum age for driving a car - 23 years.
- Airport surcharge:
- If the Customer takes or return the vehicle at the airport, airport tax is charged at € 18 for the entire term of the rental.
- Additional driver:
- The additional driver must be present at the location togather with the main driver, and have to represent his/her driver's licence.
- The additional driver option could be ordered for 6 EUR per day of 36 EUR per rental.
- At Europcar all cars are rented with a full tank of petrol. Also, you have to return a car with a full tank.
- If you would not like to refuel you rental car you could select Gasoline Option. With this service, you prepay the full tank at discounted fuel cost.
- This option is useful when you are at the business trip and want all car rental and fuel expances to be shown in one invoice and do not want to wast time at gasoline station before you flight back home.
- After hours service
- If you have an early or late arrival or departure, let us know in advance your flight number and we will wail for you.
- The cost of after hours service is 24 EUR.
